About me

I am a Notary Public and solicitor based in central Uxbridge
providing notarial services throughout Middlesex and the surrounding
areas.

 

My office is within a short distance of Heathrow airport. I have over 25 years experience within the legal profession.
 

I regularly advise and assist private individuals and corporate clients and although it is usual for a client to attend at my offices I am able to travel to your home or office when required.

For private clients I am usually asked to assist with the preparation and certification of documents for use abroad such as:

  • Certified copies of passports, birth certificates, degree and academic certificates

  • Powers of Attorney for use abroad for use in countries such as India, Pakistan, Spain amongst others

  • Affidavits and Statutory Declarations including affidavits for OCI applications

  • Travel Consent Forms

  • Real Property Documentation

  • Certificates of Life

For Corporate clients

in addition to the above I am regularly requested
to provide certified copies of Certificates of Incorporation, Board
resolutions, Certificates of Incorporation on Change of Name,
corporate Power of Attorney.

Where required I can arrange for documents to be submitted to the
Foreign and Commonwealth Office for legalisation, for an apostille certificate to be issued and for submission to London based
Embassies for legalisation.

Notary services for Individual Clients

You will only need the services of a notary public when you have documents going overseas.

​

For individuals these might be

 

 

  • Powers of attorney for the purchase or sale of property in countries such as Spain, India, Pakistan

 

  • Notarised copies of passports or other documents needed for ID purposes such as to open an overseas bank account

 

  • Notarising of degree and education certificates for overseas employment 

 

  • Affidavits for applications for OCI cards

 

 

This is just an example of common documents that will need the assistance of a notary of the document is to be relied on overseas.

 

 

I will need to see proof of identity for each person who is to sign a document. Usually this will be a current valid passport or other acceptable photo ID. I will also need to see proof of home address such as a recent utility or council tax bill or bank statement.

 

Please bring the originals to our meeting from which I will then take and retain copies for my records.
